About Us

A Better Life Home Care began with a family wanting to make a difference.

Our family has individuals with special needs and watching those family members struggle to find good caretakers, we decided that we were going to do something about it.

In 2019, we began building A Better Life Home Care with our closest family and friends who have extensive backgrounds in home care. Our goal was to set the bar high for all of the other employees that we would be introducing as caretakers. We trained, researched, and came up with individualized care plans, extensive training systems for employees, and a plan to offer the best quality of care for the individuals we serve and their families.

We promise to offer the best quality care to ensure that families can utilize the time that they have to enjoy their loved ones and make memories rather than being a caretaker and struggling with overwhelming responsibilities. A Better Life Home Care offers care you can trust!

Our Team

Tracey Anderson — Indianapolis

My favorite holiday is Christmas.

I enjoy traveling

I spend a lot of time volunteering in the community (Kathy’s Cupboard/ Salvation Army/ Power over Poverty)

I love this field of work because you never know how much of an impact you make helping others… just a few kind words and actions can change someone’s life. This is the only type of work I have known my entire life. I treat every single patient we care for as if they were my own family, I don’t know a stranger!

Regina Sergent—Indianapolis

My favorite holiday is Christmas.

I love to craft and spend time with my family.

Most used quote for me is “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

I love this career because I love to help others and bring a smile to their face. I meet so many good people.

Jenna Garmon — Indianapolis

My favorite holiday is Halloween.

I enjoy traveling and yard work.

My fave quote is “If better is possible, good is not enough.”

I love bringing clients joy that don’t have family or anyone close to them and being able to offer them assistance when they need someone the most.
